- Personal and business use: free, including production and paid work using Augmentor as a tool.
- Read, inspect and modify: freely change the source code and use your modified version.
- Share: keep the copyright notice and complete combined license with copies and modified versions.
- Resell: obtain written permission from Manolo Remiddi before selling Augmentor or a modified version.
The MIT text and the resale condition form one combined license. The resale condition takes precedence over MIT’s permission to sell. This is source-available software under a custom license; it is not unqualified MIT or an OSI-approved open source license.

Which versions does this cover?
This license covers the Desktop and Browser source published in the new source repository from 23 September 2026, and future releases that carry it. Earlier downloads, including the existing complete preview and legacy Browser packages, retain the licenses supplied with those releases.
Separately identified components keep their own licenses. The full combined license below defines the terms for Augmentor-authored code.
